Snickerdoodle Cookies for Zoe
Snickerdoodle Cookies have nothing at all to do with Zoe. I don't think she's even heard of a snickerdoodle, because she's Japanese.
This is Zoe, she has a headache:
She is a professional model.
This is her modelling for McQueen:
Zoe is having a post dedicated to her because she finally read this blog for the first time today, and also I'm bored.
Hopefully she'll have time to read it, she'll be doing god knows what all over the manor.
Here are some facts about Zoe, for all that don't know her:
1. She eats her own clothes
2. She doesn't have a TV
3. She lives in the heath with a dog with no face
4. She denies having bumsex in a tent
5. She loves me and Essie (of Essie Brownies) more than anything...even though her brother told me that I'm not her best friend and also called me a scary prostitute. To be fair, I was wearing this when he made that judgement:
BACK TO SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES
These cookies are really great, I actually didn't want to try one when I first made them because I was full and couldn't be bothered, but then it turned out they were amazing. Really soft and chewy and the cinnamon makes them really flavoursome and tasty.
Here's how it's done:
Ingredients:
60g butter
160g caster sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 egg
240g plain flour
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Cream the butter and sugar, then add vanilla and egg and mix thoroughly
2. Sift in all the dry ingredients
3. Roll dough into a ball, and fridge for 40 mins, preheat the oven to 170C
4. Make little balls the size of walnuts and roll them around in a mix of caster sugar and cinnamon, then spread out on a baking tray, cook for 13 mins
